What is the minimum order quantity?

Basically, the minimum quantity is 5000 units, however, a larger quantity will reduce your cost.

Can I get a free sample?

Yes, you can contact us for a free sample, which will be delivered to you via DHL.

Do you offer product designing?

Yes, our in-house designing team can help bring your design vision to life. Then, we will send you a sample for confirmation.

How much should I pay for tooling?

For our available molds, you are free to use them. If you want to develop a new mold, we will charge a mold fee of around $3000 depending on the shapes and dimensions. If your order reaches a certain amount, the tooling fees will be deducted from the total cost (in other words, tooling will be free of charge).

How long does it take the receive the sample?

Based on the tin box shape and embossing, it generally takes about 15 days.

Can the good-looking packaging increase our sales?

Based on our experience with other customers, good packaging not only increases the sales quantity but also increases the sale price.
